Steve Winicki brings over 15 years of experience in the credentialing industry to BrightLink, with a proven track record in sales and sales leadership across well-respected organizations such as Prometric, Examity, and Kryterion. Throughout his career, Steve has developed a deep understanding of the credentialing ecosystem and a keen ability to connect client needs with impactful solutions. His passion for the field was sparked early on—his very first sale in the industry remains a vivid and formative milestone that continues to inspire his approach today.

Steve is known for his talent in building high-performing sales teams from the ground up, fostering environments where passion, strategic accountability, and perseverance drive results. He believes strongly in the value of learning through action and carries with him the best professional advice he’s ever received: it’s okay to fail, but fail fast.

Outside the office, Steve finds joy in family time, perfecting his grilling game, playing golf, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
