Starting as a Software Engineer, Shaun's dedication and expertise propelled him to his current role as VP of Engineering. One of his standout career moments at BrightLink was during a pivotal leadership meeting where the team established the company's core values, a foundation that continues to guide the company's ethos today.

Outside of his professional life, Shaun is passionate about family, food, music, and travel. He draws inspiration from David Allen's "Getting Things Done," which has profoundly influenced his approach to work and problem-solving. Shaun values humility as a critical trait in leadership, believing it fosters understanding and enables leaders to help their teams achieve their full potential.
