Sarah Miller

Director of Solutions

Sarah Miller has been an integral part of BrightLink since January 2014. Originally from Yorktown, Virginia, Sarah moved to Atlanta to pursue her education, graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She started her career at BrightLink as a Software Engineer, dedicating seven years to developing key features for the Clarus product. Today, as Director of Solutions, Sarah leads the Solutions team to launch new implementations, manage client projects, and provide production support. She ensures technical solutions enhance clients' programs and improve candidates' credentialing journeys.

One of Sarah's most memorable career moments was the creation of the Solutions Department in early 2021. This strategic shift allowed Engineering to concentrate on the framework/platform while the Solutions team focused on client delivery through low-code implementations, maximizing speed and flexibility. She values leaders who lead by example and finds the most rewarding aspect of her role is seeing her team excited about their accomplishments. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling with friends and family. Sarah envisions BrightLink continuing to be a leader in credentialing, partnering with clients to create the best user experiences.
