John Bame joined BrightLink in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at Pearson VUE, where he worked in various product-related roles since 2006. Starting as the Director of Product, John quickly advanced to Vice President of Product, leveraging his extensive background to drive innovation and excellence. John finds launching clients whose work directly impacts saving lives every day invaluable, highlighting his commitment to making a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, John is passionate about fostering puppies, strength training, cycling, spending time at the beach, and home improvement projects. Guided by the professional advice to "find your secret power and lean into it," John values flexibility and openness to change as essential leadership traits. He finds great satisfaction in seeing his team members develop creative and effective solutions, and his vision for BrightLink is to continue innovating for customers and simplifying credentialing processes for candidates and clients alike.
