Dr. Dan Rocco has been a pivotal member of BrightLink since 2011, transitioning from his initial role as a Software Developer to his current position as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture. Before joining BrightLink, Dan was an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of West Georgia. His career at BrightLink has been marked by numerous highlights, including collaborating with the team to overcome significant performance and technical operations challenges.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his children, savoring good coffee, hiking, and experimenting with whiskey and beer. He also indulges in cooking, amateur philosophy, and various tinkering projects, such as building a homemade solar power generator. Inspired by his graduate advisor's advice, Dan values the courage it takes to bring new ideas into the world, especially for the first time.

He upholds honesty as a cornerstone of effective leadership and finds immense satisfaction in seeing the solutions his team develops thrive in real-world applications, contributing to meaningful improvements in people's lives.
