Director of Client Success

Ashley Carlson joined BrightLink in 2021, bringing nearly a decade of experience from the healthcare certification industry. Her journey began as a client account manager, later transitioning to a focus on certification and consultative selling. She's carried her background in understanding and managing complex client needs seamlessly into her role here at BrightLink. Initially a member of the Client Success team, Ashley quickly ascended to Director of Client Success, where she now oversees all aspects of the customer journey, with a focus on ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. She also actively supports sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and added client satisfaction.

Ashley’s approach is deeply rooted in listening more than speaking, a principle that allows her to fully understand and address client needs. She values transparency as a key leadership trait, fostering trust and open communication within her team. Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about spending quality time with her family, hiking, cooking, and gardening. Her vision for BrightLink is to remain at the forefront of credential management by embracing innovation, expanding product offerings, and building stronger client partnerships. She is dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals and making a significant impact in the credentialing landscape.
